Passing Entity Framework edmx over WCF Services, using var at receiving end

1. Create a WCF Service

2. Create an entity model with the Beancurds table

3. Change the IService.cs file as follow

public interface IService
    List<BeancurdModel.Beancurd> GetData();

4. Change the Service.cs file as follow.

public class Service : IService
public List<BeancurdModel.Beancurd> GetData()
BeancurdModel.BeancurdEntities context = new BeancurdModel.BeancurdEntities();
 var bc = from b in context.Beancurds select b;
return bc.ToList();

5. Create a web application with 1 Web Form and 1 Button Control
6. Add service reference 

7. Add the code to code behind file

protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
ServiceReference1.ServiceClient proxy = new ServiceReference1.ServiceClient();
  var bcs = proxy.GetData();
  foreach (ServiceReference1.Beancurd bc in bcs)
    Response.Write(bc.BeancurdID + “, “ + bc.BeancurdType);
