ASP.NET 4.0 has not been registered on the Web server

When you create a Web Site in Visual Studio 2010 and you hit the warning like the one below.


ASP.NET 4.0 has not been registered on the Web server. You need to manually configure your Web server for ASP.NET 4.0 in order for your site to run correctly.

Run the aspnet_regiis like the video below to resolve this issue.
