Problem installing Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or Microsoft SQL Server 2014 in Windows Server 2012 R2

This short writing just tell you the workaround and it is not really a full solution.

I have problem to install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or Microsoft SQL Server 2014 in Server 2012 R2 after added Active Directory role. I tried for a day but it keep failing the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or Microsoft SQL Server 2014 installation.

What I did was, I install Windows Server 2012 without Active Directory (not a Domain Controller), install SQL Server 2014 then promote it to Domain Controller. This seems work fine till now.
