This short post just to show you how to get started with Windows ML code running in Windows 10, you must have a Windows 10 to do this. Do not confuse Windows Machine Learning and Azure Machine Learning. There are not the same.
This sample you can get it from this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/machine-learning/get-started.
If you do not have all the latest version of the tools then you might run into my issue “The type or namespace name ‘AI’ does not exist in the namespace ‘Windows'”,https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-Machine-Learning/issues/11.
Firstly, you need the latest Windows 10 1803.
Secondly, you need Visual Studio 2017 version 15.7.1 or above.
Finally, you need Windows SDK 17134, 17134.12.180419-0858.rs4_release_svc_prod2_WindowsSDK.
Once you open the project VS will ask you to install Emulator if you have not, like me.
You can then have this like I do.
