Visual Studio 2017 installation problems

This short post shows the issues many countries will face while installing Visual Studio 2017

Today, if you download the offline installation files for Visual Studio 15.7 is 42.8 GB
as compare to 23.3 GB for Visual Studio 2017 15.0.0.

Many countries have Internet access less the 1MB/second, and the line is inconsistent. That is the reason people try to get ISO. But today ISO is no longer available for Visual Studio 2017. To install via streaming many installation will fail.

I am not sure how many people can still download the 15.0 layout. At least, what I did was, I installed 15.0 then upgrade to 15.7. Even that will cost me 3.63GB with only around 6 workloads not all the workloads. Open eyes and see clearly. I only get 748 KB/sec. That took me hours to upgrade.

Visual Studio team should look into how to make developers life better. Android Studio is nothing better but it can at least install the base less than 2GB.
