When come to this screen.
Do not put the word Python before the Python program folder. For example, don’t put c:\Python\Python39 or c:\Python\Python311 but you put c:\Python39 or c:\Python311. I realized if I out c:\Python\Python311 after the installation the Scripts folder is missing hence the pip.exe is missing.
