Go to the following folder to get rid of the Real and RealNetworks folders.??
how does getting rid of the folders help? Other than re-installing?
Your profile folder C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming. No need to re-install.
Thank you for posting this. The last two times I had this issue I uninstalled then re-installed RealPlayer. This is a much easier/faster solution. I had to go to Task Manager to stop all Real processes before I could delete the folders. Once the folders were deleted Real Downloader started behaving again.
How do I do this in window 8 sr2 ?
