Upgrade to Windows 11 manually

Run the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe. Click Accept and Install.

The downloading will then be started.

Following by installing Windows 11.

Restart once finish then the machine will have Windows 11 Operating System.
